Please Note: Not all carpet and fabric protectors are the same!  Many companies Do Not Use Genuine DuPont or 3M Products. Though they may refer to their product as "Teflon" or "Scotchgard" it is usually an inferior, generic knock off, that doesn't work nearly as well.   Some unscrupulous cleaners may not apply the protector according to the manufacturers directions, sometimes watering it down, so it will not perform  properly, leaving consumers to think it's ineffective, so it's not worth it.  We Know Genuine Protectors work well when properly applied by qualified trained technicians.
