Some months ago we had new carpeting installed in
our home. We have multiple inside cats, and with the new carpeting they
all of a sudden became "sprayers". Since we already had such a positive experience when Travis had come out to
clean our new carpet after the plumbing overflowed, we naturally called upon Allred's once
again.
Well, George came out to evaluate the situation
and then came back and worked several hours to eliminate the urine smell. There was one area in particular that
was quite bad and it needed a second cleaning. Once again, George came over and addressed
this.
From all
that I have read about cat urine
odor in carpeting, it is almost impossible
to eliminate, but then they don't know about George. It must be all the research he puts
into products, finding new ones, etc. that gives him an edge, that along with his determination and expertise.
Fairness, friendliness, caring, and a wonderful personality just rounds it all out. My sincere thanks to you

Madam:
We would like to title this letter "Well, I'll
be Darned." The reason? On April 8, 2002, we hired a carpet cleaner to clean carpets for my
sister who is in the process of moving to Oak Run from Chesapeake, VA. On April 9th, the carpet looked
as it did prior to April 8th. The Cleaner returned and gave it his best effort with the equipment he
was using (dry cleaning), but to no avail. The cleaner then told us the carpet was hopeless. We called
another cleaner who via phone told us to tear it up and throw it away, no one will be able to clean it. We
then called Allred's on April 15th.
George came out that day, plugged in his equipment and
went to work. After the first cleaning, I could see we had the right company. The difference was notable.
After finishing, George was not happy with a couple of
walking paths and went over the areas again. I thanked him profusely for this work ethic, knowledge,
and willingness to work on my difficult berber carpet (only two years old).
The next morning, my husband walked in, took one look and stated, "Well, I'll be Darned." The carpet
was beautifully clean.
Our thanks to George for his above-the-usual call of
duty and knowing his business. Our eternal thanks to Allred's. This fine company will always be first on
